1. General Provisions
1.1 The User Agreement is approved exclusively in English.
1.2. "INF" ES (hereinafter - "Administrator") offers an Internet user (hereinafter - "User") membership in the gaming community "Suckers" (hereinafter - "Community", "Resource") under the terms set forth in this User Agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement", "UA"). The Agreement comes into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms in the manner provided for in clause 1.3 of the UA.
1.3 By starting to use the Resource/its individual functions, or by completing the authorization procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. In case the User disagrees with any provisions of the Agreement, the User is not entitled to participate in the Community. If the Administrator makes any changes to the Agreement with which the User disagrees, the User must stop using the Resource.
1.4 The Administrator is not legally responsible for any illegal activities carried out within the Resource, nor for the actions of Users that violate the norms of current legislation. All responsibility for such actions lies solely with the Users who committed the violations.
1.5 The Community Administrator uses a privacy policy that complies with Discord platform rules. Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with Discord's Privacy Policy.
1.6 The Administrator reserves the right to supplement and change the Agreement without prior notice to Community members. Violation of these norms may lead to restricted access to the Resource or complete blocking of the User.
1.7. The Administrator bears exclusive responsibility for managing the Resource and reserves the right to unilaterally make decisions on all issues not provided for by this Agreement, guided by the interests of the Community, and such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
1.8 The Administrator independently determines the measure of responsibility for violations, choosing punishment from warning to expulsion, based on the severity of the offense, the circumstances of its commission, and the need to protect the interests of the Community, with the decision being final and not requiring additional justification.
1.9 Community members have the full right to propose ideas or make demands to the Administration to improve the quality of using the Resource.
2. Community Behavior Standards
2.1 It is strictly prohibited to incite religious/national/racial conflicts with the aim of demeaning the honor and dignity of Community members.
2.2 Intentional infliction of moral harm (insults, humiliation, bullying, harassment) to Community members is prohibited.
2.3 Distribution of malicious software, as well as any materials that may cause damage to devices or data of Users, is prohibited.
2.4 Excessively shocking content, including but not limited to graphic images, videos, or texts capable of causing a strong negative emotional response, is prohibited.
2.5 Deception, including fraud, misleading other Users, as well as spreading false information with the intent to cause harm, is prohibited.
2.6 Creation of secondary accounts, clones, or other forms of bypassing blocks and restrictions imposed by the Administrator is prohibited.
2.7 Attempts at hacking, DDoS attacks, or other forms of cybercrimes directed against the Resource or its Users are prohibited.
2.8 Intentional disruption of the Resource's functionality, including spam, flooding, or other actions leading to deterioration of its operation, is prohibited.
2.9 The unity of members is recognized as a fundamental value of the Community. Any actions aimed at creating division, forming conflicts within the Community, as well as artificial opposition of members to each other, are radically persecuted.
2.10 Expulsion from the Community without the right to restore access and apply amnesty is an exclusive measure of influence applied by the Administration for particularly gross or systematic violations of the rules, with the decision to apply this measure being final and not subject to appeal.
2.11 Interaction between two or more Community members in private messages is subject to the Community behavior standards.
3. Behavior Standards Outside the Community
3.1 Intentional complaints to Sea of Thieves support or other abuses of complaint mechanisms aimed at blocking players are prohibited.
3.2 Any fraud or unfair play is prohibited, including but not limited to the use of cheats, exploits, or other prohibited means providing unjustified advantages in gameplay, as well as any other actions violating the principles of fair competition.
3.2.1 Use of prohibited software, exploits, or other unfair gaming methods is prohibited in PvP mode but is allowed in PvE mode.
3.2.2 Use of such tools or tactics may be justified as a countermeasure against a player who first violated fair play norms.
3.2.3 Use of prohibited tools is allowed in cases where such actions do not negatively affect other players' gameplay.
3.3 Disclosure of personal data (personal information) of other persons without their explicit consent is prohibited.
3.4 Intentional interference, sabotage, or creation of obstacles to boosters' activities when performing game orders with the aim of slowing down or stopping the boosting process is prohibited.
3.5 The Resource Administration reserves the right to act as a regulator to resolve any external conflicts in case of appeal by one of the parties for their peaceful resolution.
4. Abolition of Punishments
4.1 A User who has violated Community rules but voluntarily admitted guilt and shown sincere repentance may apply to the Administrator with a request to mitigate sanctions, with the final decision on the possibility and form of such mitigation being made by the Administrator on an individual basis, taking into account the nature of the violation, the User's behavior, and the interests of the Community.
4.2 As an alternative, the User may use the paid account unblocking service. The cost of this service is a fixed amount of 2.19 USD (US dollars).
4.2.1 Payment for the unblocking service must be made in full before access to the Community is restored.
4.2.2 The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the cost of the unblocking service without prior notice to Community members.
4.2.3 Payment for the unblocking service does not guarantee access restoration in case of systematic or particularly gross violations.
4.3 None of the provided methods of access restoration (voluntary repentance according to clause 3.1 or paid unblocking according to clause 3.2) cancels the possible application of stricter sanctions for subsequent violations of Community rules.
4.4 After successful completion of the unblocking procedure (paid or on repentance terms), all previous violations of the User are subject to full amnesty and are not taken into account when assessing their further activity in the Community.
4.5 Amnesty of violations does not release the User from the obligation to comply with Community rules in the future. In case of repeated violation after unblocking, standard measures of influence provided for by this Agreement are applied.
